I was kind of curious what everyone's top 3 favorite movies are. I'll start. Mine are as follows:

1. Gone in 60 Seconds (Nicholas Cage, Angelina Jolie)
2. The Dark Knight (Christian Bale, Heath Ledger)
3. In Bruges (Colin Farrel, Brendan Gleeson, Ralph Fiennes)

Gone in 60 Seconds has been my favorite for years. I like the music, acting, story, and the cast. The movie also has a good mixture of comedy and drama. The Dark Knight comes in at number 2. I'm expecting this one to be on most people's list. This is the best superhero movie that I've ever seen. Finally, In Bruges comes in at number 3. I don't think this is a very well known movie, but it is really good. If you're easily offended, then don't watch this movie. It's a dark comedy and has some drama scattered throughout. The dialogue is the funniest part of this movie. It's definitely worth giving a chance.

I assume we're not counting Star Wars or Indiana Jones, because unless you're a pinko commie terrorist, those will be in everyone's top 3. Anyway, these are the movies I watch on a regular basis or anytime I catch them on the cables.

1. Inglorious Basterds
2. Snatch
3. Big Lebowski/Fight Club

Honorable mention for Red, Hanna, The Losers, and Cop Out. I didn't realize what a Brad Pitt fanboy I a was until I made this list.

Well damn, I came here expecting to put Indiana Jones 1 and 3 as my top 2. Well, besides those classics, here's what else I have:

1. Skyfall (I'm a huge James Bond nerd and they really out-did themselves with this latest film)
2. Scott Pilgrim vs. The World
3. Office Space

I've watched Mortal Kombat so many times that I have almost that entire movie memorized, and I'm still not tired of it. I remember watching it on Pay Per View right after it left the movie theaters. I would probably consider this movie my number 4. It's definitely a classic  ! Office Space was really close to being in my top 3. I definitely think it is a movie that most of us can identify with. The Shawshank Redemption is a movie that I'm going to have to watch. I've heard a lot of people say that it is a good movie, but I've never seen it.

Wow I'm not the only one. Ive had 4 copies of this movie. The first VHS tape actually got worn out so the movie was like half in slow motion and the sound was off. Plus I couldnt rewind it father back than the Cage movie fight seen after he says this is the part where you fall down. Im going to have to watch it agian now.

1. Goodfellas
2. Shawshank Redemption
3. Tombstone

If I were to include Star Wars movies then The Empire Strikes back would be #1

I've seen the Shawshank Redemption several times and I still can't understand why it seems to be everyone's favorite movie. Yes, it's a good movie, but I didn't think it was particularly exceptional.

Four Rooms is a good movie  . My favorite story out of the four is the one with Antonio Banderos where the bellhop has to watch the kids. This story had me laughing pretty hard. If you like this movie then you'll probably like "In Bruges" too.
